We offer refunds on the purchase of goods but not on the provision of services. Our return period lasts for 14 days after you receive an item. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are defective. Please ensure all details are correct before placing an order.

If you need to return an item, contact us at [email protected], and we will provide the return shipping address. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within seven business days.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund (other than for a defective item), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
